For our guests that want the comfort of their own home, away from home. Each Villa is chosen by us as it meets our high standard. Comfortable beds, and fluffy pillows will always be our number one priority.

❋ Medium Term Rentals

If you’re thinking to stay on the island anywhere from a month, up to 3 months we have special villas to accommodate for this. We like to call this service, try before you buy.

How It Works

Browse our selection of homes on the website, if you still haven’t found one that feels right, shoot us an email as we collaborate with others who might just have the perfect fit.
The advantages of booking early are massive, the best Villas are booked out almost one year in advance.
As soon as you are ready we will send you a contract where we will need you to fill in all the guests arriving in your party, copies of their Passport and a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. This booking is non refundable 180 days before your booking.
This is the fun part, you get to start planning your trip and with our concierge services you can ask us anything. Celebrating something extra and want a Chef to come and cook in your home. We can make anything and beyond happen.
The final payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. This is where you can request anything extra for the house that you might need. Baby Crib, high chair, or maybe just some books for bedtime.
